Create the integration with shadcn/ui so that those components and related utilities may be added to this project as needed.
Out-of-scope
- Replacing existing common components with shadcn components is out-of-scope.
Acceptance criteria
GIVEN the shadcn/ui integration is configured
WHEN a shadcn component is added to the project
THEN the shadcn component is added to the project at the configured directory path
AND any required dependencies are added to the project
AND any required utilities are added to the project at the configured utility directory path
