Add Okta OAuth #6
Description
Right now, we are using Spring Starter Security, which is fine, but authentication is being handled in our application. We should decouple this and use an OAuth provider instead. Okta makes the most sense for this application.
Our API should be no longer handle authorization and authentication. Instead, let's use Okta :)
