Non linear output of background actions running

• When a background actions runs, new stdout lines are not added at bottom of terminal log, as terminals commonly work

• When a background actions runs, new stdout lines should be added at bottom of terminal log

currently we don't even emulate terminal, it's expected to be done in scope of #130

implementation can vary based on interactivity issue.

Good point, let's handle #130 first and see where it takes us
