Add basic instructions to readme or enable Wiki or fix defaults

Setup:
On default profile change NO settings other than enable SSH, PulseAudio, and GUI. 3 dot menu install, 3 dot menu configure, then Start.

Expected:
Debian system should start and be able to VNC into it.

Try deleting linux.img and install debian again, I used debian bookworm version and everythind worked fine, I'm having a lot of trouble getting sound to work but oh well.
