[Feature request] Enable expiration on badges

Would it be possible to make badges expire?

For instance it would be cool to be able to award a user a badge for the rest of the day/week/month...

It could also be that a badge expires on a specific date.

It is complicated to have "time based" events on Mattermost plugins.

If the action is not time sensitive, it could always keep track of the last time it got synced, and sync if enough time has passed. That would be check every time certain actions are taken (plugin initiated, interaction with the plugin...).

I am not actively working on the plugin right now, but if there is any contribution, I am happy to lead it into that direction. Nevertheless, I would hide all that complexity behind a global setting, since it may have strong implications on the performance.
