Volunteer Form

As a community member, I want to contact the organizers so I can know how can I help as a volunteer.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Join us section is added to About Us page
• Small description of how volunteers can help
• Sign-up form for volunteers with name, phone, email, available time and type of help they want to provide (services, events, other)
• All fields on the form must be completed before the user can submit the form.
• User is clearly inform of success submission of form upon completion
• After completion, message is displayed so user knows what to expect (contact via e-mail, phone, etc)

Tasks:

• Implement new section at about page
• Implement direct link on sitemap and navbar
• Implement sign-up for volunteer form
• Implement HTML validation on the form to fit the requirements above.
• Create a success page or success notification after submitting the form
