Selected text gets unselected when copied with shortcut

Since my last system update the selected text within tilda gets unselected when copied with a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+C).
Is this an expected behavior?

If I copy with a right-click menu, then the selection persists (doesn't disappear).

Since 2.0 we support the simpler Ctrl+C short cut and this might have changed the behavior for selections. I need to check if that also applies to ctrl+shift+c.
