HDF5 particle dump does not write species metadata #154
Description
The regular particle dump writes some meta data using WRITE_HEADER_V0. The HDF5 dump should write similar meta data (to attributes in the HDF5 file?), including species ID, species name, charge and mass per particle, what timestep the output was written at, etc.
