memory exception running voronoi

Hello
I have managed to build the code and started to run it on one of the sample data det (simple_3D.inp)
the grid seems to be properly read but I get a memory exception in subroutine
PhaseAreaVolumeLength3D

calling
! Fetch the coordinates
call VecGetArrayF90(grid%coordinates_local, vec_ptr, ierr)
apparently Vec :: coordinates_local does not seem to be allocated when asking for FEHM.stor output

any help would be appreciated.

Hello Jac, Though we appreciate your efforts to build Voronoi, is there a reason you are not using LaGriT directly? If you just want a "stor" file with the voronoi volumes and connectivity, you can use these lagrit commands: # read a tet or tri mesh into lagrit read/avs/simple_3D.inp/ mo_mesh # quick check for a connected mesh with positive volumes quality # write voronoi volumes associated with each mesh node dump/stor/ simple_3D_vor / mo_mesh finish The stor file is part of a number of files we write for FEHM. thanks for the help. I hoped I could learn PetSc on the same way :-). I built lagrit under windows and MSVC 2022 / intel OneAPI. I had to make some adjustments (separate c/c++ files from fortran files and update the way pointers are used). If this is of some interest I can share.
