missing lagrit input files in test/edge_cases/run_tests.scr

Lines 8 - 16 of run_tests.scr have lagrit commands specifying lagrit input files that are not included with the distribution. Therefore, I am unable to successfully run run_tests.scr. Please include the missing files.
