Test method threw Exception: (text/plain) not supported

Some of our tests give response in plain text format and this format is not included in 'Parse()' function.
Parse() function only supports 'json' and 'xml'. Please add support of 'text/plain'. Thanks.

Does not look like it is solved yet, I am facing this even now in Aug 2019.

I've created a pull request that would allow users to add on their own parsing functions such as this.
