Hi!

Then i try to install sql_funk from bundler, i have error after 'rails s' command

/usr/local/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/sql_funk-0.0.1/lib/sql_funk.rb:2:in `require': no such file to load -- sql_funk/railtie.rb (LoadError)

--No problem installing on my MBP using Ruby 1.9.2p180, RubyGems 1.8.5, Rails 3.0.9 and bundler 1.0.15--

Strike that, I forgot to restart the server.

Well the issue is clearly from https://github.com/lakim/sql_funk/blob/master/lib/sql_funk.rb#L2 which just needs to be changed to require File.join('sql_funk', 'railtie.rb') if defined?(Rails). This is a very clever gem that does exactly what I need to do at this very moment, so the quick monkey patch solution is to just copy https://github.com/lakim/sql_funk/blob/master/lib/sql_funk/base.rb to 'lib/sql_funk.rb' and include it in your model like so:

FYI - after pushing my monkey patch above to production I encountered an incompatibility with the code from sql_funk and the version of Postgres that Heroku runs on their Cedar stack. I thought I would just have to disable the feature that relied on the sql_funk code, but it turns out that the Ruby Enumerable class has a method named group_by that accepts a block and can do essentially the same thing. For instance the example I used above can be easily replaced by this native Ruby code w/o requiring the sql_funk module
