Evaluation of Algorithm using different metrics

In evaluate_algorithm.py, the metric evaluation part has been commented out and evaluation process depends on the weighted f1_score whatever the value of the metric parameter. Is there a reason for that ?

I am not sure why. Perhaps @walterjgsp did it for some reason...

I am going to check it and modify the code.
