You present in Fig. 6B of the article a very neat visualisation of newly formed (in green) and disappearing (in red) spines between timepoints.
Is there already a usable pipeline for automated visualisation of such spine events appearing/disappearing over time? Maybe a Fiji Macro? If not, what RESPAN-output .tif files do you recommend to use?
