Windows GUI "AttributeError"

Hi,
CARE training in RESPAN fails with the error below:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'flush'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "Scripts\RESPAN_GUI_DIST.py", line 2889, in run
File "ImageAnalysis\ModelTraining.py", line 354, in train_care
File "csbdeep\data\generate.py", line 325, in create_patches
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'flush'

I am using the latest available version of RESPAN and have reinstalled it, but the issue persists.
Is this a known issue on Windows? Could you please suggest any possible solutions?

Thanks for letting us know about this and sharing the log. Looks like a bug - I'll see if we can reproduce it, and if so, we can patch it in the next week or so.

Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it.

Could you please let me know approximately when the bug fix might be available?

In the meantime, I would like to try fixing the issue myself. For that, I would need access to the full source code in order to modify the relevant files and rebuild the application. Could you please confirm: Which repository/branch corresponds to the latest distributed version? If there are additional files or dependencies required to fully rebuild the application from source?
