Houdini Integration - Create Setup

Need to add a menu item which invokes the create_setup dialog

See how it was done in Blender here

There is some documentation here about how to customize menus in Houdini, but it involves directly editing the xml config files - if possible, it would be ideal if we could do it dynamically in python

I also noticed, there is an option for saving .hip files as plaintext which made me think it would be cool if conduct's programs config could contain extra configuration defining some options in certain programs, so here a config like

    exports:
      .vdb: export_vdb.py
    imports:
      .vdb: import_vdb.py
    config: # new config entry
      save_as_text: true

For storing data like dept/asset/shot I would suggest either:

• Using hou.Node.setUserData on the root node
• Creating a null at /conduct and adding spare parms

I think the null might be better as its able to be easily changed by the user, as well as being easy to link to in expressions

just for storing the department / asset / shot (if any) that was picked during setup

The conduct node is at /obj/setup/conduct right now. Took it from the Vessel idea.
What do you think of /obj/conduct and should the import node next to the conduct node or inside?

Should the create_setup() be split into multiple functions?

What node type should we use? I will create custom nodes today and give some suggestions.

We really need to talk about the file path system since Houdini does not support the \\?\ prefix.

Saving as plaintext is currently missing.
