CedarJS setup command for StyleX

Cedar currently has the same setup commands as RW. Someone said they'd be willing to take ownership of CedarJS's Mantine setup if I break it out and make it pluggable
Would you be up for making a StyleX plugin that uses the same integration as the Mantine one once I get around to extracting it?
