Feature: Add an option to delete all orphans

Hello and thanks again for your work.

Most of the time I do not use the auto migration of the orphans. I copy paste the old translation from the orphans list with the little updates. I also have translation unit no longer needed in source files. An option to delete all orphans instead of deleting them one by one would be great
