feat: rewrite as a simpler sync event processor

Once kwila-cloud/simple-sync#22 is implemented, we can rewrite smoketree as a simple-sync event processor in go. Then clients can use simple-sync clients to create SMS events rather than using dedicated smoketree clients.

This will make data management and deployment much simpler.
