This has only been observed on macOS. WIndows does not show the same behavior.
The Niagara system used for the B_WeaponSpawner flickers when both portals are active. See section
Niagara effect flickering for video of issue.

Set render visibility of NS_GunPad and/or NS_GunPad_Loading to true
Spawn both portals
Resolved by
TBD, with the temporary solution of disabling the systems by setting the render visibility of both NS_GunPad and NS_GunPad_Loading to false.
