very large, frequent fps drops after using mpk 1.3 in particular

not entirely sure why, but I've had a similar issue with parkour client. I have had no issues with fps until this version, which I feel is because of the last timing in ms (as parkour client had this also)

might be a combo of issues with the keyboard and a slow cpu cause last timing runs a thread in the background that checks the time of the key inputs
