[Feature Request] Add user management

It would be nice to be able to control ACL/User permissions and creation directly from the cloud provider. We have a use case that requires creating a new user and update permissions to it... sadly this is not even possible from the UI, and some manual API calls have to be made 😅

It would be nice instead to have new resources. in the terraform provider that would address permissions and users management.
