Hi author, if I want to get the error message for each defect, on the TypeBugs dataset, is there any way to get the error message without building the docker? I tried to build the environment using dependency_setup.sh in each subfolder but it failed, is it possible to get the error message by running dependency_setup.sh and then test.sh. Also, if I want to validate the effect of our APR tool on TypeBugs, how do I do it?

To answer your question, running the project without Docker requires at least setting up a Python virtual environment. You should create a virtual Python environment for each subfolder, run dependency_setup, and then execute test.sh. For most projects, this should work. (If it doesn't, the issue may be related to the OS or pre-installed programs.)

Currently, there is no specific method provided for comparing the effects of APR tools. However, you can run your APR and execute test.sh afterward. If there are no failed cases, it can be considered successful.
