Creators-Space Code of Conduct

Our Commitment

As members, contributors, and leaders of Creators-Space, we pledge to foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone. We are committed to making participation in our project a harassment-free experience for all, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, experience level, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contribute to a positive environment include:

  • Showing empathy and kindness to others
  • Respecting differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences
  • Offering and accepting constructive feedback graciously
  • Taking responsibility and apologizing for mistakes, and learning from them
  • Prioritizing the well-being of the community

Unacceptable behaviors include:

  • Use of sexualized language or imagery, or unwelcome sexual attention
  • Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments and personal attacks
  • Public or private harassment
  • Publishing others’ private information without explicit permission
  • Any conduct that would be inappropriate in a professional setting

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all project spaces, including online platforms, social media, events, and any other space where the community interacts. It also applies when an individual is representing Creators-Space in public.

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the project maintainer through any of the following methods:

For privacy, please use direct/private messaging when possible. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.

Project maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.

Enforcement Guidelines

Project maintainers will follow these guidelines in determining the consequences for any action they deem in violation of this Code of Conduct:

  1. Correction
    Community Impact: Use of inappropriate language or other behavior deemed unprofessional or unwelcome.
    Consequence: A private, written warning and clarification of the violation.

  2. Warning
    Community Impact: A violation through a single incident or series of actions.
    Consequence: A warning with consequences for continued behavior, including possible exclusion from certain spaces.

  3. Temporary Ban
    Community Impact: Serious violation of community standards or sustained inappropriate behavior.
    Consequence: Temporary ban from interaction or public communication with the community.

  4. Permanent Ban
    Community Impact: Pattern of violation, harassment, or aggression toward individuals or groups.
    Consequence: Permanent ban from all community spaces.
