Problems with mp3 replaying

It's just my assumption that problem is with mp3. I tried to play "The Wayne Investigation" game (you can install it as Alexa Skill), and it crashes at the beginning (and it also doesn't play the intro story). Tested with https://echosim.io/ (I don't have echo device yet) - works fine.

I think it's not working with any mp3 playing, like for example for the command: What's new. It tries to play NPR news mp3, but it doesn't work.
