Lecture notes combined PDF

I've enjoyed reading your online book, but I'd like to make notes. Lazy me doesn't want to download all of the pages individually and combined them into a single PDF. Do you have a method to get a combined PDF?

Hey, glad you liked them. Perhaps you’ve seen, there are a few recommendations for converting books to pdf on the website here. Unfortunately, they do not work as seamlessly as the html build and the fixes suggested didn’t work out on my laptop. I'll try to make sure this is resolved by the next iteration of the course offered from April ’24.
