Stickynotes sidebar should be present only in the window (or tab) where sticky note was requested #180
Description
I have 20+ windows open and 100s of tabs. I don't need a stickynotes side bar in all of them, usually just one of the windows (and usually just some of the tabs). But as soon as a click on the app, ALL the windows and all the tabs get a stickynotes sidebar and I have to close them manually.
Ideally, the sidebar should be open only on a per-tab basis, but at least only on a per-window basis. Could be a setting, too: Per-tab, per-window or all tabs+windows. Seems like it should be possible, since manually deleting sidebars does not seem to harm anything (it is just cumbersome).
