Doesn't save file

Doesn't save file, displays a message:
"File system provider for C:%5CUsers%5C%D0%92%D0%B8%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B8%D0%B9%5CDesktop%5Ccode.png is not available."

Same here! When i click on the Shutter button... it asks where on my laptop i want to save the picture...and after i save it and go check the folder , it's empty.... it just doesn't save the file on my macbook... i have uninstalled and installed again but still doesn't save the .png file on my macbook
