Description
Describe the bug
The issue is in the Communication Channels section of README.md:
https://github.com/kubestellar/docs?tab=readme-ov-file#communication-channels
Context
Under Community Meetings, the README contains the link text:
Subscribe to our community calendar
This link points to a Google Calendar URL.
Problem
The Google Calendar link contains a hardcoded timestamp from 2023, which causes it to open an outdated meeting when clicked.
This can be confusing for users who are trying to subscribe to or view current community meetings.
Output from KubeStellar-Snapshot.sh
No response
Steps To Reproduce
- Clicking “Subscribe to our community calendar” opens a Google Calendar event dated 2023.
Expected Behavior
The link should point to a current calendar subscription or a non–date-specific calendar link.

Additional Context
Suggested fix
Replace the current link with a non–date-specific Google Calendar link.
Update it to point to the correct and actively maintained community calendar.
I’m happy to open a PR to update the README once the preferred calendar link is confirmed :)
