[Umbrella] Improve responsive design and mobile experience across k8s.dev

This issue serves as an umbrella for tracking and resolving responsive design gaps and mobile experience issues across the k8s.dev website.

As discussed in PR #654 review, several mobile-specific UX issues were identified:

• Horizontal Scroll Discoverability: Lack of visual cues for scrollable navigation pills (e.g., when scrollbars are hidden).
• Landscape Orientation Bugs: Layout rendering issues on mobile devices when switched to landscape mode.
• Visual Feedback: Improving how mobile users discover and interact with scrollable content in the grid layouts.

Tracking

• Ensure all horizontal scrollable areas have adequate visual affordance.
• Audit and fix landscape orientation layout bugs on mobile devices.
