component's configmap should be removed along with the component deletion

We should add ownerreference（the relevant component） in this configmap at this place https://github.com/kubebb/core/blob/main/pkg/helm/helm_chart_workpool.go#L157 

To be detailed, **configmap** get generated/removed when a component **version** created or removed.
