Add 60 Minutes Kubernetes as a Base Extras Component

60MinutesK8s is an operator and a UI that allows 
- to dynamically create a namespace 
- to download the kubeconfig for accessing the cluster limited to this namespace
- to automatically delete the namespace after e.g. 60 minutes

This is for testing, dev access etc. and is super simple to use
