phpBB 3.3 support note

It works fine with 3.2, I've created a pull request with updates so it'll run on phpBB 3.3 . Mostly just to quote the yaml strings properly as they fail to load otherwise. It seems to still work in phpBB 3.3, so hopefully no real changes needed.

Hello @ianhiddleston, thanks a lot for the issue and the pull request, I will merge it as soon as I can. Currently I dont have time to support this extension anymore, would you like to continue with it's the development and support?

Heya, I'm not sure if I'm 100% the right person for it but if you're not going to be able to do much more with it, I can at least package and support the bits I'm using on my site. Ian
