Bug in file lock

Been trying to get cleo set up but keep running into a file lock problem when trying to start a session
tried both of these

cleo add "Implement fixture details update" \
  --priority medium \
  --labels backend \
  --description "Update the fixture details that we save"x

didn't work so warp tried this

cleo session start --scope epic:T001 --focus T001 --name "Backend Work"

That doesn't work either

(Mac M1 Silicon macOS 26.2 if that helps)

Thanks for this. I am verifying with what you have to what I found with a bug around Session claiming and I implemented a fix today for.
