GIS: show Station-level comments in GIS #111
Description
Would be nice to have comments from the StationXML on Station level to show up in the GIS in the station modal (on click) or even on mouse-over for quick information on important info on the station. Probably would mean having to add a field for them in the index table though, so there would be a tradeoff..
