Syngine water layer and receiver depth #92

Hi all,
First of all, thanks a lot for the very useful package! Syngine is playing a vital role in my current research project.
For my project, I need to synthesise seismograms at the ocean floor. The Syngine paper mentions "...the receiver is positioned at a fixed radius. In most instances this will either be the surface of the Earth or the bottom of the oceans." However, I cannot find anywhere which of these is the case for the earth model I'm using (ak135f, which I know includes a uniform water layer). Is this information available anywhere?
