About link redirects to Home – About page missing



Description:
The About link in the navbar redirects to the Home page instead of opening a separate About page.

Expected Behavior:
Clicking About should open a dedicated page with project details and contributor info.

Suggested Fix:

Add an About component and route (/about)
Update navbar link to point to /about
