LoWeExposer silently fails when run from a different directory

I'm in the habit of copying my binaries from github/.../out directories to a more permanent location such as ~/bin. However, when I try to launch LoWeExposer.exe from this directory, it quickly terminates without popping up the GUI, nor does it present any error messages.

Do you also copy NAudio.dll and LoweExposer.exe.config?
