How to expose configuration

I open this ticket to discuss ideas on how to expose settings.

Right now, we are leaking aiokafka consumer and producer.
However, in kstreams, we don't have "consumers" nor "producers".
We have:
- `streams`
- `send`
- `send_many`

**How can we allow users to change the configuration without exposing internal libraries?**
