2. At a Glance: Attendance trend, voting pie, motion success, dissent rate, speaking rank
3. AI Summary: 2-3 sentence overview
4. Policy Positions: Expandable cards per topic with stance indicators
5. Key Votes: Top 5-10 noteworthy votes with context
6. Voting Alignment: Overall + topic-specific + sparklines
7. Speaking Profile: Topic distribution chart, role breakdown
8. Electoral History (existing, moved lower)

Depends on AI Profile Generation being built first. Split from #26 (Phase 5d).
