Crash at start-up on Intel HD3000 with external monitor #38

Hi,
Thinkpad T420S with docking station used with Win7 64.
Bug is reproducible with 0.27 Win64 and 0.26. Win32
If game is started on the notebook alone no problem and everything is fine. If i start the game with docking station and external monitor attached it will start in the background and i am unable to start it up. Taskbar will show preview but i am unable to bring it in the front without crash.
This is only if the notebook is in "proejector only" or "duplicate" mode (show picture oin external monitor only or on both screens).
However if i simply extend the desktop everything is fine.
