SIM contacts are also displayed on Phone Tab at startup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have contact on SIM which is not on the phone
2. Startup Simsalabim

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Contact on SIM should only be visible on the SIM tab. Instead it is visible 
also on the phone tab.
