XML Syntax Error #899

Describe the bug
Some syntax error in parsing XML data, only visible in Dev Tools console.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open Firefox, go to https://korpling.german.hu-berlin.de/annis3/#_q=cG9zPSJOTiIgJiBwb3M9LyhWQlp8VkJHKS8gJiAjMiBeMSwxNSAjMQ&_c=R1VN&cl=5&cr=5&s=0&l=10
- See error in Dev Tools console.
Expected behavior
Page loads without errors popping up in console.

Additional context
The error only occurs when using Firefox. Chrome (138.0.7204.183, 64-bit) works fine. The full error message is:
