XEP-0384: OMEMO Encryption

XEP-0384: OMEMO Encryption seems to be a good (possibly even better) and simple alternative to XEP-0374: OpenPGP for XMPP Instant Messaging. Thus my request to look into that as a replacement (and thus supersede e.g. kontalk/androidclient#633).
