[cozy-konnector-libs] duplicate jsdoc comments on errors

Some JSDOC comments inside errors.js are in duplicate.

For example "Unavailable account" for errors USER_ACTION_NEEDED_ACCOUNT_REMOVED and USER_ACTION_NEEDED_CHANGE_PASSWORD.

Also for "Renewal of authentication required" and "Authentication renewal required" which are very similar.

This would also improve documentation.
