Context
BAS allows users to define their own implementation strategy to execute a set of bots. However, providing a default base strategy could help users get started faster by offering a predefined structure. This would lower the entry barrier for new users and simplify the process of setting up a new BAS project.
To align with an existing strategy in the bas_use_case repository, we need to add a new module that configures an Orchestrator. This module should provide orchestration as a built-in feature in BAS, along with shared storage integration.
