Add metadata to persona templates and files.

Persona files need to track some metadata, like when they were generated and which template was used. Not thinking we need to worry about template versioning--the create date and git history should be enough. Can probably write a script to just hard-code values in all the existing persona, although that will make for a gruesomely long PR!
