Error - "Value does not fall within the expected range" error message after install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install plugin
2. Restart VS
3. Select top menu, Tools >> Solution Load Manager


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Load manager to start but i just get a message "Value does not fall within the 
expected range" See attached.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VS2010 ultimate on windows7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm getting the same issue, using:
Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013
Version 120.040626.00 Update 5
Windows 7
It is a large solution, with 50+ projects.

Can you provide additional information to resolve this:

• what kind of projects do you have in your solution (c#, vb, wix, etc.)?
• may you try to isolate the problem by simplifying solution, i.e. removing projects until it works without any errors?
• it would help tremendously, if you attach another instance of VS in debug mode and try to stop on exception that is thrown when you try to load the solution. I'd really like to see the full stack trace.

Got this same issue, about 20 projects. This is unusable until fixed, unforunately I dont have the time to debug it but wanted to let you know of another situation where this happened.

Its a mix of ASP classic, and vb/c#. We have WebApi, C# console, ASP.net webforms and MVC
