What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a solution that has a project of type Test.
2. Have this solution under source control.
3. Open the solution.
4. The Test project file will be automatically checked out.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Test project file is not checked out.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
