Make Google Map API key and port number configurable. #1
Description
There is a limit to the number of page requests per day using each API key.
It shouldn't be a problem, but each user may want to create their own key
so that they do not have problems if other users abuse it.
Also, changing the server port number requires changes to the API key. So
if we want to configure the port then we must configure the API key as well.
